There are several simple steps:
1) Select Your Location
Find an area you like and a lot that suits your needs. Our team of Real Estate Agents can assist in this process to find the right area. Many of our Communities are in such areas already! But we’re happy to build where you want us to build.
2) Select Your Plan
Choose from our Popular Plans, Modify, or Bring us a Plan you like. We’ll make sure that the plan you choose will fit the lot and area you like, and we’ll secure all permits. This is where Distinctive Homes really separates itself from other home builders. Many will tell you that part of their service is to provide a “one on one” with their architect, but that’s to modify one of their plans. Our partnership with JL Home Design gives you truly the design options you want in your new home. PLUS, our builders sit with you person to help you create the look and feel you want both inside and out.
Once we have a plan, options and upgrades requested, then we complete the paperwork knowing the PRICE UPFRONT. We’ll invest our time with you so that you have the best experience with your investment.

3) Select Your Financing
Coordinate you financing with one of our Preferred Lenders who know how New Construction works or we’ll work with your lender and our team of Contractors will have your home built before you know it!
4) Move In and Make It Yours
Moving is a lot of work, but getting settled in and decorating is fun! Enjoy! Enjoy! Enjoy! And feel comfortable and at ease because you have a qualtiy home built by Distinctive Homes and backed by the Distinctive Homes warranty!
